Western US Teacher Appreciation Charitable Trust was founded by veteran Spanish teacher, Muriel Moore in 2025 in Glenwood Springs, Colorado. Our objective is to provide meaningful ways for communities to support education locally by investing in the individuals who are at the heart and soul of any community: our children and their teachers. Our goal is to create and fund merit and need-based postsecondary scholarships for the children of teachers.
