Western US Teacher Appreciation Charitable Trust was created by veteran Spanish teacher, Muriel Moore, with the knowledge that a family's quality of life is largely due to the fact that parents are able to entrust their children and their learning to the caring hands of the highly-skilled adults at the heart of any thriving community: our local teachers.

Our mission is to provide ways to support our children's learning by appreciating and supporting local teachers without placing any additional tax burden on communities. We know that both families and businesses alike truly want to show their appreciation for teachers in meaningful ways, and our goal is to help them do so.
